  • Standard delivery is generally completed within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and product availability.

  • Our delivery team will contact you before delivery to confirm a convenient delivery date and time.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.

  • Promotional offers such as free delivery may apply to selected products or order values.

Order Tracking & Delivery Support

  • Customers will receive order updates via email or phone.

  • Our logistics team will coordinate the delivery schedule in advance.

  • If you are unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, you may request a new delivery appointment, subject to availability.

Delivery Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact our customer support team before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and locations. Additional charges may apply where applicable.

Important Information
